SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., December 3, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today the addition of three Tenant Representation specialists in Northern California. Veteran brokers Matt Chatham and Aaron Wright have joined the firm as Executive Managing Directors, and Hope Keaney has joined as an Associate Director. All three professionals will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office and will focus on servicing clients regionally across the Bay Area and nationally. Along with his brokerage role, Chatham will also serve as Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Lead for San Francisco.

Chatham brings over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, focused solely on advocating for tenants. He has a strong track record of successful tenant business. Drawing from a broad range of transaction experience, he has a tactical philosophy toward client service and has a firm commitment to excellence.
Chatham has completed 6 million square feet of transactions valued at $3.5 billion. His recent clients and transactions include Bay Area headquarters for Gymboree, Stella & Dot, Checkr, Blue Jeans Network, Castlight Health, Juno Therapeutics, California Casualty, Achaogen, and Walmart.com (SF Business Times Deal of the Year), as well as various Am Law 100 firms. Chatham joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills Studley, and prior worked at JLL. He was consistently an annual top producer in the Bay Area for both firms. He graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.

Wright carries over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a background in brokerage, construction and development. A proven consistent top performer throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 8 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at $2 billion, including strategic planning, labor analytics evaluation, relocation analysis, global disposition programs, lease restructuring / terminations, and office relocations and expansions.
He has represented leading firms across a range of industries in both local and national capacities, including organizations in the Financial Services, Technology, Legal, Renewable Energy, Advertising & PR, Digital Communications, Insurance, Biotechnology, Nonprofit, Municipalities, and Recruiting & Resource Staffing sectors. Wright joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills Studley. Notably, he received his Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA, with an emphasis in Urban Planning.

Keaney, who partners with Wright, brings a robust background in real estate finance and client service gained from a broad range of experience. With her experience in landlord underwriting, portfolio analysis and financial modelling, she applies a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to solving her clients’ objectives. She also joins the firm from Savills Studley, and prior worked as a senior analyst with Prologis.
